North Middle School Counseling Center Mission

The Middle School Counseling Center mission is to provide a nurturing, yet challenging, environment which supports student achievement and the development of the whole child. We encourage student growth in academic, social/emotional and career development using data driven research-based approaches. We work in partnership with students, parents, staff, and the community to foster responsible decision making, lifelong learners who exhibit respect for themselves and others.

North Counseling Vision Statement

The vision of North’s middle school counseling program is to provide a comprehensive, data driven, ASCA based counseling program that addresses the academic, career and social/emotional needs of all students. Through leadership, collaboration and advocacy, the North middle school counseling program ensures that all students possess the skills, mindsets and behaviors needed to lead fulfilling lives as responsible members of a global society.
